... are a small group of friends, all local to Boston’s Metro-West communities, with deep roots in the 128-belt towns. Our children grew up attending these schools, we drive the same winding roads, and we share an appreciation for the local establishments, open spaces, and strong sense of community that make this area home.
With backgrounds in real estate sales and home renovation, we founded Great Point Development with a shared mission: to preserve the character of the neighborhoods we live in, while thoughtfully improving the homes within them. Our goal is long-term - rooted in respect for the modest, enduring homes of generations past.
We believe that well-loved neighborhoods shouldn’t be lost to fleeting trends or oversized developments. Instead, we work to restore and reimagine homes with care, ensuring they remain part of the landscape for generations to come.
